- Sea salt to taste
- 1 tsp, cracked ground. black pepper
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup red wine
- (or your favorite marinade or rub)
- Combine ingredients in a 1-gallon zipper bag.
- Place steak in the marinade and let stand refrigerated for at least 3 hours.
- To grill place the meat directly over medium coals. Grill 7 minutes per side. Slice across the grain and serve.
