Ingredients

  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1 tsp, cracked ground. black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • (or your favorite marinade or rub)

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a 1-gallon zipper bag.
  2. Place steak in the marinade and let stand refrigerated for at least 3 hours.
  3. To grill place the meat directly over medium coals. Grill 7 minutes per side. Slice across the grain and serve.
