Delicious Raspberry Banana Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Raspberry and Banana? What could be better?! Raspberries have to be my favorite berries – they’re sweet, tart, and juicy to boot. The downside of raspberries is that in traditional smoothies, they do end up leaving a lot of seed fragments. These fragments make the smoothie less smooth and also can be annoying to pick out of your teeth!

Introducing the Raspberry Banana Smoothie Bowl! As smoothie bowls are made to be eaten, rather than drunk, raspberries make perfect sense. Blended up with some LSA and granola, the seed fragments mix in well, without you even thinking about it!

Ingredients

  • 75g frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 T LSA
  • 1/4 cup granola

Directions

  1. Blend everything up and chuck it in a bowl to decorate.
  2. I used some chopped coconut, pumpkin seeds, sliced banana, fresh raspberries, and sprinkled some more LSA on top.
  3. LSA is an amazing product found in the health food area of your supermarket. It helps to thicken up the smoothie and adds another ‘dimension’ ?
  4. As always, you may have to play around with the quantities of liquid to get it to the desired consistency.
