Easy Antioxidant Berry Blast Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 Tbsp goji berries (optional)
- 1½ cups almond milk
- 1 small handful of greens (we used cos)
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Place everything into a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately topped with berries.
- Note: If you have a regular blender (not a high-speed Vitamix), it’s best to blend the liquid and fruit first. Then add the greens, then ice.
