Easy Antioxidant Berry Blast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 Tbsp goji berries (optional)
  • 1½ cups almond milk
  • 1 small handful of greens (we used cos)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Directions

  1. Place everything into a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately topped with berries.
  2. Note: If you have a regular blender (not a high-speed Vitamix), it’s best to blend the liquid and fruit first. Then add the greens, then ice.
