- 2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
- 1-3/4 cups warm 2% milk (110° to 115°)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 7 to 8 cups all-purpose flour
- FILLING:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon thawed orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- GLAZE:
- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest

Fresh Orange Breakfast Bundt Cake
INGREDIENTS
- For Cake:
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp kosher salt (not table salt)
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks) softened just to room temp
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar, divided
- 4 extra large eggs, room temp
- 1/3 cup fresh orange zest, from approx 6 oranges
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, from approx 3 oranges, divided
- 3/4 cup buttermilk, room temp
- 1 TB pure vanilla extract
For Orange Glaze Topping:
1 cup powdered sugar
1.5 TB freshly squeezed orange juice

INGREDIENTS
CRUST:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
FILLING:
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice — I used mandarins, about 6 of them
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- Powdered sugar — for topping

Sticky Orange Olive Oil Baked Doughnuts
Ingredients
For the doughnuts
- 135g | 1 cup all-purpose flour , sifted
- 1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- â…› teaspoon baking soda
- â…› teaspoon salt
- 45g | ¼ cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons | ¼ cup olive oil , (use a light olive oil if you don’t want to taste it, or extra virgin if you do. I use extra-virgin. The flavor compliments the orange beautifully)
- 120mls | ½ cup plant-based milk
- 60mls | ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 orange , zest of , use the 1 orange to squeeze the juice and for it’s zest
- A few drops of olive oil to grease the donut pan
For the frosting
- 100g | 1 cup natural powdered sugar
- 1 ½ – 2 tablespoons orange juice
For decoration (optional)
- 2 slices of orange , each cut small wedge shape pieces
- 1 tablespoon sugar
